This place in a total waste.
This place in a total waste. You will be charged $12 pounds (about $17 US) per person to see buildings you can't enter. There are about five teeny shops and a couple of walks on a beach or through trees. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

There are lots of attractions nearby- we visited Portmeirion, waterfalls, small towns, kids’ farm and a local castle. we have spent wonderful few days there and really enjoyed our evenings in front of the wood fire in the cottage. Thoroughly recommend a visit to the Boat House, I didn't want to come home. Special mention for super-fluffy towels and twin basins in the en-suite. Water and fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. The location is very handy for Snowdonia, Portmeirion, and Angelsey. Most of all, though, Donna and her team were so pleasant, thoughtful and helpful.FarrarUnited Kingdom

They also provided plates, bowls and cutlery for use for your own food. Tea, coffee and fresh milk where provided along with Linda's scrummy home made cake. We had a table and chairs to sit on just outside our room and you could walk down to the lawn area and use the table and chairs there. It was a beautiful quite location. Portmeirion and other places of interest where just a 10 minute drive away. We will use this place again when we are in the area.
